About Me

Hey there! I’m Chelsea—a wife, mom to an awesome kiddo, and dog mom to three lovable pups who fully run the household. I’m also a full-time virtual therapist. I work with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, but my heart is especially drawn to supporting individuals with autism, eating disorders, and self-harm struggles.

I’ve started (and stopped) a blog more times than I can count. I’ve always known I wanted a space where I could share what I’ve learned, what I love, and what real life looks like… but sometimes my brain moves a little faster than I do. So getting here took time, and honestly? I’m glad it did.

Now that I’m finally here, I’m excited to build a space that’s honest, helpful, cozy, and real. I hope you’ll stick around and come along with me on this adventure!

• I’ve been a therapist since 2019—supporting people is truly my passion.
• I’m a proud dog mom to two Bernedoodles and one Australian Shepherd (yes, it’s as chaotic as it sounds).
• Candy is my love language, and energy drinks are basically my personality at this point.
• Chocolate? Obsessed. And Crumbl is my absolute ride-or-die cookie.
• Baking is one of my favorite coping skills—it’s therapeutic and delicious.
• When I’m not working or hanging with my family, you’ll find me reading. Always. Books are my happy place!
